About the Role:
REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and experienced EHS Manager to lead safety initiatives in Odessa, TX. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and policies
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations including OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ standards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to employees at all levels
- Maintain accurate EHS records, reporting, and documentation for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to integrate safety best practices into daily workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of EHS management experience, preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Relevant certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 are a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training facilitation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
